CLEVELAND —Two teams having arguably two of the best seasons in baseball in 2024 meet for a four-game series as the Guardians welcome the Baltimore Orioles to Progressive Field in a matchup of first-place clubs.
The Guardians enter Thursday 65-42 and holding a six-game lead over the Minnesota Twins in the American League central. The Orioles enter 65-44 and with a slim half-game lead over the New York Yankees.
